What is your return policy?

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order in two ways:

Visit our website and enter your tracking number to check your order status.

Or track it directly on the FedEx website using your tracking number.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Can I modify my shipping address after ordering?

Yes — you can modify your shipping address before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we will try to contact the carrier to request an address change. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the carrier will be able to update the delivery address after shipment.

Are customs duties included in the price?

No. The prices shown on the product page do not include taxes or customs duties.

Is FLIGHTELF hardware plug-and-play?

Absolutely! FLIGHTELF is 100% plug-and-play and beginner-friendly. We include a universal USB cable that works with any standard charger you already own, making it as easy to charge as your smartphone.

Which flight simulators are supported?

Currently, FLIGHTELF is optimized for real-world flight experiences and does not support PC-based flight simulators. However, we’ve focused heavily on immersion in the field—our system is fully compatible with Bluetooth-enabled FPV goggles. This allows you to experience a true First-Person View (FPV) while flying, giving you a 'cockpit' perspective that is much more exciting than a simulation

What is the warranty period?

We offer a one-year limited warranty on the FLIGHTELF drone. This covers any manufacturing defects or quality-related issues to ensure you have a reliable flying experience. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, flight crashes, or misuse. However, for non-warranty repairs, we provide a professional maintenance service for an additional fee to get you back in the air as soon as possible.
