Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Flightelf, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included items
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order number

If you simply changed your mind, you may still request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is new and unused.

All used items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend returning your package with a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Return Authorization Required

Please contact us before sending any return. We will not accept any return without prior authorization.

Packages sent to a return address without our prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos and/or videos as evidence.

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other resolution at our responsibility.

Exchanges

We support exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide further instructions after review.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, we will try to intercept the package, but interception is not guaranteed. If the interception is unsuccessful, the order will need to follow our standard return process after delivery.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos or videos, if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions.
